The capabilities and functions of FANP model during the two recent decades have been varied so much that various scientific fields use this model based on their desired application. In the FANP model, the definition of criteria, sub-criteria and nodes for determining the status of network is performed on a matrix level and gives researchers a separated approach of Euclidean world. In the present paper, the criteria and options in the form of three clusters and 15 sub-groups in FANP model have been designed, weighted , calculated, processed and analyzed. In this approach, the process of analyzing fuzzy network has been performed as a new method in the decision making process with various sets of criteria for prioritizing site-finding criteria of the process of disposing waste materials through using FANP model. The relationship of each cluster with itself and other clusters show different result numerically and graphically. User-based nodes of lands with the weight of 0.121 and the distance from road of 0.085 in the economic cluster and the node of raining amount in the physical cluster with weight of 0.081 have more ranking and score statuses compared with those of other groups existing in the cluster.
